Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Recruiting Operations Analyst will work directly with Client Service Delivery Lead in many different facets of the operation in-order to report, analyze and create opportunities for improvements for our client
Ability to create reports and presentations
Gathering, analyzing, and reporting of data
Creation of decks and slides for internal and external use
Desktop procedures creation and updates
Provide internal recruiting support
Work directly with the team to open, post, screen and onboard new recruiting team resources
Assist in creating solutions and opportunities to develop a world class recruiting team
Actively raise concerns, look for opportunities to improve and be a vocal and contributing member to the overall team
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources and/or recruiting
Minimum of 6 months of reporting experience and/or building client facing presentations
High volume recruiting experience
Effective communicator with both verbal and written communication
Advance skills in Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
Ability to work professionally and effectively in a virtual environment
Ability to creatively solve problems through analysis
