ENFORCMENT PERSONNEL NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Local parking company is seeking full-time parking enforcement personnel for 2nd shift, nights and weekends. The schedule would primarily be Thursday through Monday 4pm-12am; your days off would be Tuesday and Wednesday.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to send emails; ability to learn or use outlook and excel are preferred.
  • Monitor and enforce all parking regulations, issue parking violations, wheels locks and or tow as needed;
  • Your own reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed);
  • Willing to work in all types of weather conditions; experience working outdoors is preferred;
  • Comfortable working with or without supervision;
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, including repairing malfunctioning parking equipment;
  • Able to adapt to different situations and think on your feet; parking lot/garage maintenance;
  • Communicate professionally to customers, clients and co-workers;
  • At least 21 years of age;
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
  • Knowledge of uptown Charlotte is definitely a plus.
