Job Description

Responsibility for the management & resolution of incoming inquiries, escalations, and continuous improvement ideas from Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team members across all regions via a Case Management tool. This individual will also provide recommendations to GTA Operations to continually develop team knowledge, enhance existing capabilities and improve current processes through alternative solutions identified via analysis of the incoming cases.

This individual is responsible for collaborating with peers as well as other functional areas such as Center of Excellence (COE), HR Service Delivery and HR Solutions for root cause analysis/resolution and further consideration of process improvements. In addition, this individual will support region-based Global Background Check (GBC) Adjudication to evaluate decisional check statuses in comparison to our Company's screening criteria to assist in determining eligibility for hire based on GBC results.

Reporting to the Associate Director of GTA Operations (Americas Lead), specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Tier II GTA Case management & resolution

  • Continuous Improvement work related to topics identified via root cause analysis of case volume

  • Cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and recommend process improvements

  • Management of region-based GBC Adjudication review and making decisions in a timely manner

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years of HR experience)

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in an HR function (Talent Acquisition preferred)

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of customer-focused support within a global company

  • Ability to efficiently & effectively assesses support inquiries to identify opportunities where HR processes, technology and/or initiatives can further improve service delivery and enhance the user experience

  • A team-oriented style and a collaborative approach to getting work done

  • Ability to be hands-on and entrenched in the details when necessary while being able to think strategically and big picture, while remaining involved in the day-to-day tasks.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to tackle deep dive analysis as needed

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and adjust to a rapidly changing environment while reprioritizing tasks

  • Initiative, creativity, and excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking tool (Workday preferred)

  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition functional area within a large, global company
