DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

*Completing window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and holiday lights installation for high end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology
*Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome Mercedes Sprinter
*Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
*Invoicing and payment completion
*Planning and managing the job site
*Ground marketing; including hanging door hangers and placing yard signs

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Friendly personality and great attitude
Experience in labor jobs and a strong work ethic
Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must
Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
Driver's license and good driving history
