Job Title: Front Desk Clerk Reports to: Office Manager

Summary: Answers and routes phone call as well as handles administrative duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· After your initial training, perform a 5-way match with our invoice, bill of lading, pick slip, purchase order and proof of delivery

· Maintain files and records so they remain organized, updated, and easily accessible

· Ability to multi-task with interruptions

· Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person/department

· Coordinates with supervisor to replenish office supplies on a regular

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Prior experience as a Front Desk Clerk

· Proficiency with email and MS Office

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and write English

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite and JD Edwards
