The position is full time and based out of the Company’s Charlotte, NC office, which is located near the Park Road Shopping Center.
The administrative assistant will answer incoming calls and perform administrative duties for the Company’s Charlotte, NC office. The role will report into the finance department. The role will have interaction with other members of the Charlotte, NC team and the Albemarle, NC team. Responsibilities include:
· Answering incoming calls into Charlotte, NC office.
· Ensuring all deadlines are met. Prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
· Responding to and handling confidential and sensitive information and use good judgement in making independent decisions.
· Taking meeting notes and maintaining internal company databases.
· Preparing summary sheets of data in Microsoft Excel for executive team.
· Other general ad hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Excellent knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft excel and Microsoft word.
· Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently under general instructions and handle multiple tasks.
· Strong attention to detail.
Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
